The Cambrian Mountain Express

The train is coming, people shout
Standing on the platform ready to mount
All aboard, the station master cries
As the steam rises into the skies
Slowly the train rolls out of the station
Excited children of every nation
Durum, Durum, the train moves away
Leaving friends waving, wanting to stay
Durum, Durum we are rolling along
Reaching the moors and viaduct beyond
Durum, Durum, the train goes faster
Hold on tight shouts the engine master
Suddenly we start to slow down
Durum, Durum, the children frown
The journey is over we have to go home
The train finally comes to a stop
Every-one sad they have to get off
We stand and wave, as the train rolls away
And we all say thank-you
For a wonderful day
